Newfoundland Trip
Darrin had to go to Newfoundland on business last month, so I tagged
along. After dropping the boys off with Grandma and Poppy Hodder,
we boarded the Ferry. It was a great get away. We enjoyed the Ferry ride,
and drove across the province to St. John's, stopping overnight in Corner
Brook. While Darrin headed to his meetings, I had fun exploring all that
St. John's has to offer. And what a wonderful little city. Unfortunately,
I forgot my camera battery charger, so the only photos I have are from
the first day of the trip. It was such a good trip. We had so much fun!!!

Actually, a lot of the scenery reminded us of the Arctic- it felt a lot like driving
up the Dempster Highway...except that the road was paved! We didn't see any
moose- unless you count the one strapped to the back of buddy's truck.
