Decorating Cards for Valentine's Day...

Loudon wanted to sign all 40 cards...this could take all night...

Brennus was given the chore of stuffing the envelopes.

Here we are arriving at school on a cold February morning...burr!

Going downstairs first...

Off with the boots and hats and jackets and scarves and mittens and on go the 'indoor shoes'.

Here they are, two brothers. Loudon age 5.5 and Brennus, age 3. Wearing red and white for Valentines Day. Maybe I should have ironed their t-shirts- nah!!

Picking up...Loudon goofing around when he should be getting his jacket on. Does anyone know what this is like?

After school, they get their Valentine's Day Loot. Faces painted, suckers, pencils, erasers, chocolates, and lots of cards. Brennus! What happened to your V-Day red and white clothes!??

February Days

Atlantic Craft Trade Show, Halifax, NS

I participated in the Atlantic Craft Trade Show in Halifax as part of the Prince Edward Island Collective. Our booth was provided by Business Development, PEI and we had lots of support.It was a great opportunity for first time exhibitor's like myself.

Bum Prints!!

Here we are having some fun painting some pictures on a Sunday morning...

Loudon had a great idea to do some hand prints....

Then he got this fantastic idea of doing bum prints...so I let them...this is Brennus' derrier!

Here's the result...not that impressive.

Of course, the only thing to do after bum prints is jump in the tub.

Cousins at Christmas

We were so happy to spend some time in Halifax with Bradley (Darrin's bro), Hoa, Hannah, Hayden and Norah. They came all the way from Cold Lake, AB. Shopping, movies, the museum, Hoa's parents for yummy meals and even a trip to the cottage were all part of our visit.

Here's Hoa diligently doling out hot-dogs, sausages, and potatoe chips. Mmmmm. What could be better for a cool Cottage pic-nic. Loudon, Hannah and Norah supervising Brad's fire-making skills.

Poor Loudon had an aweful fall on the ice and smashed up his cheek and lip. Put a damper on his day, for sure. Luckily he is healing quickly and hopefully there will be no permanent damage.
Norah! She's just a couple of months younger then Brennus and they are both full of piss and vinegar. It's a good thing they are so adorable and keep us laughing!

Beautiful, kind Hannah. She's 6, the oldest of the bunch.
